Four Mile Apps ("we") builds apps for Shopify. This policy covers what our apps store and what this website collects.

What our apps store

Metaobject Lists stores a copy of your store's metaobject definitions and entries, the lists you define, and a record of what it last wrote to each metafield. This is needed to evaluate lists. It stores the store domain and an access token issued by Shopify. It does not store customer data, orders, or payment information, and it does not read them.

Why

To run the queries you define, keep results current, and show you where they were written. We do not use your data for anything else, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties, other than the hosting providers who run the service on our behalf.

Where

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the EU (Ireland) region.

For how long

While the app is installed. When you uninstall, Shopify tells us and we delete the store's copy, lists, and access token within 48 hours. Metafields the app wrote stay on your store, because they are your data.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it. Email support@fourmileapps.com.

This website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security, kept for 30 days.
